Off until you turn it on

AI that runs the queue, with a person still accountable

Triage, drafts, summaries, and a knowledge-base answer are the features the credits are for. None of them call a model in this release. A new workspace has them off.

Triage

Classify a new ticket so the queue is sorted before a person opens it.

Draft assist

Suggest a reply. A person still sends it.

Summary

A short read of a long thread for the next agent.

Knowledge-base answer

A bot answer grounded in the tenant's articles, with a handover when it should not guess.

  • Off by default. An owner turns each feature on later, per workspace. A second switch is required before a bot can answer on WhatsApp.
  • When inference ships, the plan is to run the model call in India. This release does not send ticket text to a model.
  • One credit is one triage, draft, summary, or bot answer. Included amounts and the placeholder overage are on the pricing page. The feature stops at the cap unless the owner allows overage or buys a pack.
  • Humans still approve assisted replies. Nothing on this page is a certification of the model path.
