Terms of use

The service is the LystDesk workspace described on the pricing page. Paid plans are a platform fee plus usage meters. The amounts on that page are placeholders, not final prices. There is no per-agent price and no suite bundle.

A missed payment has a 7-day grace period, then a read-only period, then suspension. Cancelling keeps data for 30 days and then deletes it. The owner can delete the workspace sooner with an email code.

AI features are off. Turning them on later is a separate control and a separate milestone.
