Data processing addendum
Summary of the addendum an owner accepts in the workspace. The in-product version dated 2026-10-26 is the one the audit log records.
The tenant decides the purpose. Lystloc processes tickets, contacts, attachments, and account data to run the desk, and uses the sub-processors on the public list.
Personal data in a workspace stays in India for v1. Support staff do not have standing access. A tenant grant is time-limited and visible on the audit log.
On a written instruction, or through the product, Lystloc erases a contact or deletes the workspace. Backups expire on their schedule after that.
