The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 are the Indian framework tenants and Lystloc both have to read. LystDesk is built so a tenant can export a workspace and erase a contact, and so a lapsed subscription is deleted after 30 days.
Hosting for v1 is in India (Mumbai, with backup copies in Hyderabad). A tenant's customers are the tenant's responsibility to notice. Lystloc's own marketing contacts are the people who request a demo or create a workspace.
