Privacy notice

Lystloc operates LystDesk. The marketing site stores a demo request (name, email, company, team size, and the note you write) and, if you allow it, a host-only analytics choice on lystdesk.com.

A customer workspace stores tickets, contacts, and attachments in AWS Mumbai. The tenant is the business that decides why that data is processed. Lystloc processes it to provide the desk. Contact erasure removes the contact's name and email and redacts messages that contact wrote. Ticket counts and usage meters remain.

Card data is entered at Stripe. LystDesk does not store the card number.
