INR and USD placeholders
One fee for the workspace
Every paid plan shows the INR placeholder and the USD placeholder together. Stripe Checkout uses the USD stub. INR is the same list and is not a checkout currency. Annual billing charges 10 months of the platform-fee stub. Usage meters stay monthly. There is no suite bundle and no GST on this release.

Questions
- Is this priced per agent?
- No. Paid plans are a flat platform fee for the workspace, billed as one subscription. Free allows 3 agents.
- Which currency is charged?
- Stripe Checkout charges USD using placeholder amounts (currently $29, $75, and $210, plus the USD meter stubs). The pricing page also shows the same placeholder list in INR (₹2,499, ₹6,999, and ₹19,999). INR is not a checkout currency in this release, and this release does not add GST. Card data stays at Stripe. Those figures are not final prices.
- Are AI features on when I sign up?
- No. The product describes triage, drafts, summaries, and a knowledge-base answer, and each of those starts off for a new workspace. This release does not call a model. An owner turns a feature on later. A WhatsApp bot needs a second switch when that channel ships.
- What happens when the Growth trial ends?
- The 14-day trial uses Growth features and does not ask for a card. At the end the workspace moves to Free unless the owner checks out Starter, Growth, or Pro. Data stays readable. New invites have to fit the Free agent cap.
- Who bills WhatsApp?
- Meta bills the tenant's own WhatsApp Business account. Those charges are not on the LystDesk invoice. The channel itself is a later milestone.
