LystDesk is positioned as an AI-native help desk: triage, drafts, routing, and deflection with a person still in control. Those features are a later milestone.

This release records no model call. Knowledge articles keep grounding text so a later job can read them. Credits on the pricing page are the allowance those features will draw from. They are not spent today.

Inference, when it ships, is planned for India. This page does not claim a certification, and it does not claim that a model is answering customers.
