A platform fee, not a price per agent

Support teams grow by adding people, not by negotiating another seat. Paid LystDesk plans use one platform fee for the workspace. The subscription quantity is 1. Adding an agent does not change that quantity.

Free is the exception, and it is still useful: up to 3 agents, email and the portal, and 2,000 outbound emails a month. The LystDesk mark stays on the help centre.

AI credits and outbound email are meters on top of the platform fee. The fees and meter rates on the pricing page are placeholders, not final prices. Annual billing discounts the platform-fee stub only (pay 10 months). Overages stay monthly.
