WhatsApp is a first-class channel on the roadmap. Meta bills the business, not LystDesk.
The customer service window and template rules are Meta's. When a tenant connects a WhatsApp Business account, Meta bills that account directly. LystDesk does not resell WhatsApp conversation charges and does not put them on the platform invoice. The channel itself ships in a later milestone and stays off in this release.
